Council members approve subdivision plans | Business
PENDER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Council members in Surf City approved plans for re-zoning the Poplar Branch Subdivision.
Council members also approved the subdivision plans, which include 59 lots of land for homes.
The approval came after a public hearing.
