Water rates in Topsail Beach to increase this spring | News
TOPSAIL BEACH, NC (WECT) - Topsail Beach residents will start paying a little more for water this spring.
Town leaders approved an increase in the monthly payment, so instead of paying a base of $15 a month residents will now pay $30. However, the usage rate will stay the same.
Leaders say this will bring them an additional $200,000 a year, which will go towards paying for the water improvement project.
